The world is being swiftly altered by digital technology, and small enterprises are essential to this process. According to Sachin Dev Duggal CEO of Builder.ai, software is necessary for companies to remain competitive, and more established companies are embracing the digital world. According to Satyamohan Yanambaka, CEO of Writer Information, the digital transformation of a mid-tier organization takes between 12 and 18 months (about 1 and a half years), with implementation requiring between 18 and 36 months (about 3 years). The company's reliance on human resources and the devotion of its top leaders determines how far the digital transformation will go. Micro SME enterprises can finish the process in a month, spending one to two days installing software and three weeks becoming digital natives.

"The procedure can be completed in a month for a small SME like a single store or a small restaurant, getting the software inside takes a day or two, maybe a week at most. After that, it would take around three weeks to learn how to be a digital native", asserts Sachin Duggal.

Support is essential for digital transitions since small organizations need to cross-skill rather than upskill employees. Companies must offer visual proofs and experiences to help customers overcome their fear of failure since understanding client wants is a major barrier. People can better comprehend the benefits and significance of digital transformation by taking a journey.

When discussing the need for support during these digital transitions, Duggal thinks that small firms don't necessarily need to cross-skill as much as they do to upskill, which means they don't have to overnight become software developers but instead may just learn to manage their operations through a new medium. For example, I think it will take a micro-SME approximately a month and a small-to-medium business with about 100 employees about six months to upload the inventory into a software system rather than a book. Larger businesses may require one to two years, according to him.

Most of the businesses across the world are becoming digitally native, like transformation from traditional business model and it is quite relevant as per the current market scenario for carrying out business operations. According to Sachin Dev Duggal or chat or payment mode, every aspect will be digitalized when business is transforming via digitalization path. He believes that transforming digital business depends upon the type of business small businesses don't need to learn new skills as much as they need to cross-skill, which means they don't have to become overnight software developers; instead, they just need to learn how to operate their company in a new environment.

Thus, it is quite beneficial to transform business digitally, and to do so it also depends on the type of business. Digitally the business flourishes as everything goes online and reaches a wider audience resulting in the business making more profits.
